unwind - HOW DOES IT WORK?
ASANAS
Bones, muscles, fascia and the nerves love movement. Asanas, in harmony with breath and awareness, improve structure and alignment of these elements, bringing about a sense of relaxation in the system. Asana flows also improve proprioception, and interoception. Interoception is a key factor in regulating physical, mental and emotional states.
PRANAYAMAS
The breath is the key to robust health. You can be doing everything right, but if you are not breathing properly, you will still not achieve a healthy state of body and mind. Research proves that breath directly impacts and the autonomic nervous system of the body which directly impacts the health of all bodily systems and involuntary functions. Pranayamas in UNWIND are targeted to bring a sense of calmness and quiet, as well as build resilience and robustness.
MANTRAS
Brain Waves have been a hot topic of research for many years now. New research concretely shows that chanting is an extremely powerful method to enhance and regulate brain function. Improved focus and tranquility are just of the few benefits of chanting.
RELAXATION TECHNIQUES
Yogic relaxation techniques have been proven again and again to bring about deep relaxation at all levels of the system. These techniques also improve immunity and improve the longevity of the system
MARMA POINTS

Q. Who should join unwind?
A. Anyone who believes they will benefit from tools designed to improve sleep quality, alleviate stress, and experience profound rest should join unwind. Unwind has been designed to help to get into a self-care routine along with other people who are similarly inclined.
The unwind program will help you deal with burnout, stress, an overwhelmed nervous system, and a dysregulated biological clock which wreaks havoc on sleep, and all other systems of the human system.
Q. How long do I need to attend the unwind program?
A. At ARNAVH, we believe in empowering people. The program has been designed to make you self-reliant with the tools we teach. We recommend you attend the program for at least 3 months and then decide whether you wish to set out on your own, or continue experiencing the benefits of a live class with an expert.
Note that being registered with unwind program grants you access to the expert. You can ask your teacher questions and doubts regarding your the tools that are being taught. Also, new techniques will be continuously added to the program.
